Even is a Computer Science student at the University of Michigan and a dedicated leader in technology operations. As Tech Operations Lead at optiMize, he oversees systems that power social innovation programming, including Airtable automations, event workflows, and digital tools that support hundreds of students and community partners. He combines his technical expertise with a passion for social impact, ensuring that the technology behind the scenes is reliable, efficient, and scalable.

Even has strong experience with programming in C++, Python, and JavaScript, as well as skills in cybersecurity, data structures, and software development. He has applied these skills in both academic projects and professional settings, from building algorithms and applications in his CS courses to implementing automation and data systems at optiMize. Previously, he worked as a tech lab assistant supporting students with diverse backgrounds, where he translated technical concepts into clear, accessible solutions. His passion lies in using technology to build community, increase access, and enable social change.
