Noah Spicer (he/him)

Noah Spicer is the Community College Coordinator with optiMize at the University of Michigan. In this role, he works to strengthen pathways from community colleges to Michigan by supporting transfer students and building partnerships that foster inclusion and belonging.

He previously served as a Community Engagement Fellow and Transfer Bridges Fellow, where he helped design programs that support students through mentorship and collaborative projects.

Noah earned an Associate in Business Administration from Schoolcraft College and transferred to the University of Michigan, where he is majoring in Political Science. He is a member of Phi Theta Kappa, and his interests include public service, education policy, and equity in higher education.
